Our caring staff help to provide a nurturing environment for the children, supporting them in their learning. Each member of staff possesses at least a CDA (Child Director Associate Certificate). They make continuous strides in helping children to grow and giving them a life-long love of learning by providing quality education and nutritional meals, as well as support for both children and their families.

We also ensure that every member of staff is trained to do First Aid and CPR. Talk Childcare to Me supports our staff by providing them with the opportunity for ongoing training, with a minimum of 15 hours annual training for each member of staff.
